5 Year Warranty

Warranty terms and conditions for C & M Marketing Ltd – ZeroPak, Status and SICO Food Vacuum Sealers NZ.
Models: HV100, Solid 300, ProVac, TravelVac, Family Vac FV500, MiniVac, HandyVac, DualVac, SmartVac SV2000, SmartVac SV750 and all Sico Models.
These warranty terms and conditions apply to all of the above models of ZeroPak, Status and Sico vacuum sealers purchased on or after the 30/4/2016.

These models mentioned have an automatic 12-month warranty.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers mechanical or electrical failure. It does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, damage caused by liquid entering the machine, compression of the neoprene seals, or performing functions outside the normal capabilities of a vacuum sealer. Modifications or repairs performed by the customer or third party not authorized by C & M Marketing Ltd / ZeroPak will also void this warranty.

Your warranty period on these ZeroPak vacuum sealer models can be extended to 5 YEARS for no additional cost on all models except the HV100, Solid 300, TravelVac, MiniVac, DualVac and HandyVac.

This warranty extension applies to domestic use only.

Vacuum Sealer 2 Year Warranty

The HV100 and Solid 300 vacuum sealers have a 2 year warranty.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers mechanical or electrical failure. It does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, damage caused by liquid entering the machine, compression of the seals, or performing functions outside the normal capabilities of a vacuum sealer. Modifications or repairs performed by the customer or third party not authorized by C & M Marketing Ltd / ZeroPak will also void this warranty.

 

ZeroPak models in commercial use have a 12 month warranty.

Sico models have a 2 year commercial warranty.

Should a fault occur with your ZeroPak Vacuum Sealer, you must contact us without delay. The machine should not be used as long as the fault is evident. All warranty repairs are “return to base”.

C & M Marketing Ltd / ZeroPak will replace, repair, or offer a full refund of the purchase price at our discretion.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of date of purchase.
