Warranty terms and conditions for C & M Marketing Ltd trading as ZeroPak.

Our products have a range of warranty lengths, they vary depending on the model and also if they are being used domestically or commercially.
ZeroPak/C & M Marketing Ltd warranty applies to the original purchaser for the specified period from the date of purchase.
Should a fault occur with your ZeroPak Vacuum Sealer, you must contact us without delay. The machine should not be used as long as the fault is evident. All warranty repairs are “return to base”.
This warranty covers mechanical or electrical failure. It does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, damage caused by liquid entering the machine, compression of the neoprene seals, meat mincer knives/plates or performing functions outside the normal capabilities of the unit. This applies to all products sold by C & M Marketing Ltd/ZeroPak.
Modifications or repairs performed by the customer or third party not authorized by C & M Marketing Ltd / ZeroPak will also void this warranty.

Hakka Sausage Stuffer/Fillers: SV3, SV5, SV7, SEV10, SEV15
*Warranty excludes sausage stuffer plunger seal, all mincer knives and mincer plates – these come under normal wear & tear.
36 Months/3 Years-
Vacuum Sealer: Status Solid 300
60 Months/5 Years-
Vacuum Sealer: Status ProVac, all SICO models (S250, S250 Premium, Nevada, S-line 350,450,550, 700)

12 Months/1 Year –
Vacuum Sealers: All models of vacuum sealer (except ZeroPak HandyVac, ZeroPak TravelVac, Status HV100)
Hakka Meat Mincers: TC8, TC12, TC22, TC32
Hakka Sausage Stuffer/Fillers: SV3, SV5, SV7, SEV10, SEV15

VACUUM SEALER NOTE –
Previous model vacuum sealers that will now be out of warranty – (FV500, SV750, SV2000, VPS518, VS5180, DualVac, MiniVac & SICO Models). Please contact us if you need parts or are having trouble. We pride ourselves in carrying a range of parts and most of our previous models are repairable.
