
Handy hints when vacuum packing fresh mince:
- Tap the bag on a hard surface to remove air before vac packing
- Push the mince into the corners to remove air
- Flatten the bag of mince, ideally as it is vacuum packing
Resulting in a nice flat vacuum sealed bag, with minimal air pockets ready to refrigerate or freeze (flat bags = quick defrost times too!).
