We have a five tier shipping charge depending on weight.

Most items will be only $15 with heavier items being higher. Heavy items have their weight in the product details.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

1. 0 to 9.99 kgs = $15 shipping
2. 10 kgs to 14.99 kgs = $25 shipping
3. 15 kgs to 19.99 kgs = $ 35 shipping
4. 20 kgs to 24.99 kgs = $48 shipping – HK8 Meat Mincer & VS7 Sausage Filler are included in this category
5. 25 kgs and over = $75 shipping to a BUSINESS ADDRESS – residential delivery address’s have an extra cost PLEASE ENQUIRE  – These heavier items are sent with Mainfreight 
6. Freeze Dryers are charged the actual cost that is worked out prior to dispatch

We do our best to dispatch orders daily (week days), with the exception of public holidays. Please contact us if your order is urgent so we can get it sent to you as soon as possible.

We send all orders with New Zealand Couriers and Mainfreight Transport, unless you request another way of shipping. Couriers are able to deliver within 1 to 2 days to most places in New Zealand. If you are on Rural Delivery or in the South Island it may take longer for delivery.

We will endeavour to email you the tracking number for your order when it is dispatched.

All shipping charges are based on delivery to New Zealand addresses. For international orders please contact us for a shipping quote.

We do not send to PO box address’s, please make sure to provide us with a physical address.

Please contact us urgently if your goods have not arrived and we will track and trace it with the courier company it was sent with.
