Warranty terms and conditions for C & M Marketing Ltd trading as "ZeroPak Limited".

On this page you will find warranty information for all of our products:

  • Vacuum Sealers
  • Meat Mincers
  • Sausage Stuffers/Fillers
  • Heat Sealers
  • Freeze Dyers
  • Sous Vide

Our products have a range of warranty lengths, they vary depending on the model and also if they are being used domestically or commercially.

Our ZeroPak warranty applies to the original purchaser for the specified period from the date of purchase.

Should a fault occur with your ZeroPak Vacuum Sealer, you must contact us without delay. The machine should not be used as long as the fault is evident. All warranty repairs are “return to base”.

This warranty covers mechanical or electrical failure. It does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, damage caused by liquid entering the machine, compression of the neoprene seals, meat mincer knives/plates or performing functions outside the normal capabilities of the unit. This applies to all products sold by ZeroPak.

Modifications or repairs performed by the customer or third party not authorised by ZeroPak will also void this warranty.

If you require any assistance please phone us on +649 406 1004. ZeroPak will replace, repair, or offer a full refund of the purchase price at our discretion.

Previous model vacuum sealers that will now be out of warranty: FV500, SV750, SV2000, VPS518, VS5180, DualVac, MiniVac & SICO Models.

Please contact us if you need parts or are having trouble. We pride ourselves in carrying a range of parts and most of our previous models are repairable.

HAKKA SAUSAGE STUFFER/FILLERS:

  • SV3, SV5, SV7, SEV10, SEV15

*Warranty excludes sausage stuffer plunger seal, all mincer knives and mincer plates – these come under normal wear & tear.

THREE YEARS/36 MONTHS

VACUUM SEALER:

  • Status Solid 300

FIVE YEARS/60 MONTHS

VACUUM SEALER:

  • Status ProVac
  • All SICO models (S250, S250 Premium, Nevada, S-line 350,450,550, 700)
