Description

The PreserVac VacBloke continuous use vacuum sealer / vacuum packer is designed for demanding applications with bigger bags for larger products and higher workload for the likes of light commercial kitchens, restaurants, butcher shops and home users alike.  Think large cuts of meat, bulk portions or anything that needs an over sized bag.

40cm wide seal bar with double 2.5mm seals, a stainless steel body with heavy duty internal components, 360W of power, 90kpa of vacuum pressure,  that can seal up to 40cm wide bags or two smaller bags side by side. With double piston pumps extracting 20 litres of air per minute and continuous processing without overheating.

The pumps are protected from liquids by a smart air flow design, and through a top suction system. 

Multiple settings including dry and moist modes, gentle and normal pressure, automatic, manual pulse mode.

 40cm Wide with Double Seals and Double Pumps

The PreserVac VacBloke has a 40cm wide seal bar with double 2.5mm seals. Double pumps extract 20 litres of air per minute at 90 pka of vacuum pressure. Will vacuum and seal bags up to a 40cm wide bag or do 20cm or smaller bags side by side a the same time to double production.

Continuous Sealing Cycles Without Overheating

Based on a 1 minute cycle of a vacuum and a seal the VacBloke is designed to give continuous use without thermal overload to maintain consistent temperature up to 200 cycles.  When vacuuming large amounts of food or extra large bags there is no need to rest the machine to allow it to cool down.

Liquid Protection

Using the PULSE function the patented advanced liquid protection system uses top suction and a liquid level sensor.  Intelligent airflow design protects the pump as the vacuum is drawn from the top of the chamber separating air from liquid greatly reducing the risk of liquid being sucked into the pump.  Use the Pulse function for full manual control of liquids such as soups or marinades stopping the vacuum before liquid reaches the sealing area. The liquid level detector prevents overfilling of the extra wide vacuum channel.

Folding Lid Handle

Easy to use foldable metal handle to close the lid is simple.  Just push the metal handle down on each corner and it is locked and ready to use. When the vacuum process is finished just lift the lid handle in the middle to open. Give it a small push and the lid will lock in the upright position.

LED Display with Vacuum Progress Gauge,  Auto, Wet, Moist, Strong, Gentle Modes

The middle of the machine lid features an easy to read LED progress screen showing where you are in the vacuum and sealing process with a real time vacuum gauge.  Automatic vacuum sealing can be activated by either the dry or moist mode buttons and vacuum pressure by the strong and gentle buttons. There are marinate and vacuum container function buttons too.

Precise Pulse Function

Use the pulse function to stop liquid before it gets to the seal bar or into the machine and for soft delicate food you dont want to squash. The pulse function is precise.  The machine will vacuum while you have your finger on the pulse button and will stop the moment you take your finger off.

Built In Roll Holder and Cutter

Inside the side of the PreserVac VacBloke is a built in roll holder and easy to use cutter.  The roll holder will hold a roll up to 7.5 metres in length up to 40cm wide and the cutter easily slides from side to side with a bit of downward pressure.

Marinating and Canister Vacuuming

There are separate buttons for marinating food and also vacuuming canister containers. Canister / container accessory hose is smartly stored in a space in the side of the machine.

Detachable Power Cord Holder and Space Saving Upright Storage 

There is a detachable power cord and a space in the back where the power cord is stored. For compact kitchen or workspaces the VacBloke can be stored upright. There are rubber feet on both the bottom and back to protect your bench top.

The PreserVac VacBloke has a 1 year warranty and like all of our other vacuum sealer models we have parts and can service giving your machine a longer working life.

The PreserVac VacBloke commercial vacuum sealer will save you time and money by vacuum packing your food. Storing in vacuum prolongs the foods shelf life up to 5 times longer than normal storage with no freezer burn or lose of nutrients.

Rolls of Vacuum Sealing Film can be cut to size to make bags for storing and freezing, or you can use our Pre-Made Bags. Attach vacuum containers using the accessory cord stored in the machine for marinating and vacuum delicate foods.
