The Hakka Electric Smoker combines smoking, roasting, BBQ and grilling in one easy to use outdoor cooking appliance.

Built from heavy-duty stainless steel with digital temperature controls and automatic shut-off, these smokers are designed to deliver consistent results whether you're smoking fish, sausage, bacon, jerky, chicken, pork, seafood or large cuts of meat. The double insulated cabinet helps maintain temperature while improving energy efficiency and reducing heat loss. 

Unlike many smokers, Hakka electric smokers can use standard wood chips or sawdust, so there is no need to purchase proprietary smoking bisquettes or fuel systems. Simply add your preferred wood for the flavour profile you want and let the smoker do the work.

Available in both 4 Rack and 8 Rack models, making them suitable for everyone from home enthusiasts through to hunters, fishers, food preservers and serious BBQ lovers.
