I’ve been thinking of making home made sausages for a while so finally bit the bullet and bought a VS3.
It is simple to operate and easy to assemble, my 5yo boy put it together in a few minutes and by the evening we had completed our first batch for the first time with only 3 popped casings.
So far it looks like it will last a long time, my only reason for 4 stars is that the finish in the stainless framing is rough and almost cut my hand lifting it up. Some rubber edging to cover it would be the needed.
Other than that, I’m so far happy and planning my next batch.
