As a rule of thumb expect about 8/10 sausages per kg. This can of course vary greatly depending on the chosen
diameter and length of the finished sausages.

3 Litre: great for home use making smaller batches
5 Litre: for the serious home user who is wanting to process larger batches
7 litre: for home or commercial use
10 litre electric for serious home user or commercial
15 litre electric for commercial use

VERTICAL VERSUS HORIZONTAL STYLE SAUSAGE STUFFERS

The vertical style is easier to load with no leakage out of the barrel while winding the piston into place and less
operating space required.
The horizontal style requires the handle to be at the edge of your work bench in order to fully rotate.
