The customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful team who really care. They put me on the right track for the product I was looking for and I love the cordless hand held vacuum pump with USB charger which holds it charge for ages (as advised by the team).

Purchased a SICO S250 from ZeroPak , and very happy with my purchase , Customer service is second to none , you don't get this service from a big box store and I highly recommend them .

Brought machine then advised was too small for what we needed and looked far bigger in picture could we please send back and get refund. Told not possible wouldnt buy anything from these peeps
