New Inside and Outside Technology
Featuring new inside and outside technology using vacuum bags or rolls vacuuming sealing delicate and wet foods, soups, sauces, stews, marinades inside the chamber and seamlessly vacuuming bigger bags outside of the chamber just like an external vacuum sealer.
All Types Of Vacuum Bags
Inside the chamber bags can be embossed, plain PE and mylar aluminum bags. For outside the chamber the bags need to be embossed bags designed for external vacuum sealers.
30cm Double Seals and 4 Pumps For Fast Air Extraction
The DuoVac vacuum sealer has a 30cm wide removable seal bar with double seals and 4 oil free piston pumps extracting 70 litres of air per minute at 95 pka of vacuum pressure with 320 watts of power. With strong double seals its ideal for any wet food or liquid and also for Sous Vide cooking.
Custom Sealing Modes Including Auto and Manual for Liquids and Sous Vide
With customisable settings including adjustable vacuum strength and sealing times giving complete control of the process. Use automatic mode for vacuum sealing dry foods to keep them fresh or use the manual seal for vacuuming liquids or without crushing.
Continuous Use Up To 250 Seals
Non stop sealing up to 250 seal cycles. A cycle is a vacuum and one seal. When vacuuming large amounts of food there is no need to rest the machine to allow it to cool down.
Digital Display and Pressure Gauge
Intuitive microprosessor and 7 segment blue LED digital display showing operation modes and tracks progress information. The quick setup rotary wheel keeps it simple for setting vacuum and sealing times and there is a precise vacuum pressure gauge.

Marinating and Canister Vacuuming
There are separate buttons for marinating food in just minutes and also vacuuming canister containers and jars.

The PreserVac DuoVac has a 2 year domestic warranty and a 1 year commercial warranty. Like all of our other vacuum sealer models we have parts and can service giving your machine a longer working life.
Rolls of Vacuum Sealing Film can be cut to size to make bags for storing and freezing, or you can use our Pre-Made Bags. Attach vacuum containers using the accessory cord for marinating and vacuum delicate foods.
