Pfeiffer Duo 6 Rotary Vane Pump is a dual-stage, high-performance rotary vane pump complete with Oil Mist Eliminator. With a pumping speed of 5 m3/h at 50 Hz / 6 m3/h at 60 Hz. gas ballast and HV safety valve and comes complete with the OME16S Oil Mist separator for clean, oil free exhaust.
