Description

The PreserVac P2+ VacMate vacuum sealer / vacuum packer is easy to use and tough enough for continuous work.  A medium sized machine with double seal bars and double piston pumps suitable for smaller professional kitchen use capable of 200 cycles non stop.  With the easy lock metal handle locking system, intelligent LED display, full automatic vacuum sealing and also a full manual pulse function gives you complete control for moisture and softer foods without crushing.  The removable drip tray and removable neoprene seals make it quick and easy to clean.  Handy built in storage roll holder and cutter. Vacuum sealing can keep your food fresher up to 5 times longer than normal food storage.

Precise Pulse Function

The pulse function is precise.  The machine will vacuum while you have your finger on the pulse button and will stop the moment you take your finger off.

Three Sealing Time Settings and Two Vacuum Pressure Modes

Sealing time settings are adjustable for different bag thickness including wet bags.  Sealing time settings are dry, moist and extended. Gentle machine mode for fragile items and strong mode for most other foods.

LED Display with Progress Indicator

Touch sensitive buttons for precise operation with a LDE digital control panel with 7 segment progress screen.

Removable Drip Tray for Easy Cleaning

The drip tray is removable and will catch any excess liquid during the vacuum process.  It can be lifted out and emptied and washed in hot soapy water.  The neoprene seals can also be removed for cleaning in hot soapy water.  We recommend doing this regularly to keep them soft and to extend their life span.

Built In Roll Holder and Cutter

Inside the lid of the PreserVac P2+ VacMate is a built in roll holder and easy to use cutter.  The roll holder will hold a roll up to 30cm wide and the cutter easily slides from side to side.

Marinate and Canister Container Vacuuming

There is a separate button for vacuuming containers and also one for marinating. The canister container connector cord has a handy storage area inside the lid of the vacuum sealer.

Warranty 

The PreserVac P2 + VacMate has a 2 year domestic warranty and 1 year commercial warranty. Like all of our other vacuum sealer models we have parts and can service giving your machine a longer working life.

The PreserVac P2+ VacMate vacuum sealer will save you time and money by vacuum packing your food. Storing in vacuum prolongs the foods shelf life up to 5 times longer than normal storage with no freezer burn or lose of nutrients.

Rolls of Vacuum Sealing Film can be cut to size to make bags for storing and freezing, or you can use our Pre-Made Bags. Attach vacuum containers using the accessory cord that is stored in the lid of the machine for vacuuming liquid or delicate foods.
