The PreserVac PXXL-i400 commercial vacuum sealer / vacuum packer has 40cm long 3mm double seals and double piston pumps extracting 25 litres of air per minute making it a machine suitable for processing larger quantities of food and heavy duty applications. The soft close locking system with full automatic vacuum sealing and also a full manual pulse function gives you complete control for moisture and softer foods without crushing. Vacuum sealing can keep your food fresher up to 5 times longer than normal food storage.
40cm Double Seals and Double Pumps
The PreserVac PXXLi-400 vacuum sealer has a 40cm wide seal bar with double 3mm seals. Double pumps extracting 25 litres of air per minute at 90 pka of vacuum pressure and a 360 watts of power.

Fan Cooled Sealing Bar For Continuous Use Up To 150 Cycles Non Stop
The PreserVac PXXLi-400 has a fan cooled sealing bar will maintain consistent temperature allowing non stop sealing up to 150 cycles. A cycle is a vacuum and one seal. When vacuuming large amounts of food there is no need to rest the machine to allow it to cool down.
Soft Close Locking System
Easy to use locking system that is simple. Just push the lid on both sides and it is locked and ready to use. When the vacuum process is finished just lift the lid handle in the middle to open.
Vacuum Progress Display and Auto, Wet and Moist Modes
The middle of the machine lid features an easy to read progress screen showing seal, vacuum and marinate information. Automatic vacuum sealing can be activated by either the dry or wet mode buttons.
Precise Pulse Function
The pulse function is precise. The machine will vacuum while you have your finger on the pulse button and will stop the moment you take your finger off.
Built In Roll Holder and Cutter
Inside the lid of the PreserVac PXXL-i400 is a built in roll holder and easy to use cutter. The roll holder will hold a roll up to 40cm wide and the cutter easily slides from side to side.
Marinating and Canister Vacuuming
There are separate buttons for marinating food and also vacuuming canister containers.
