Description
CryoDry Value Pump VRD 8 is a rotary vane pump featuring forced lubrication via a built-in gear pump for stable operation under even at higher pump inlet pressures typical for food freeze drying. It includes a two-position adjustable gas ballast valve to help manage condensation when working with high water load drying batches.
The value pump features a dual oil backflow protection to prevent freeze dryer contamination in case of power failures as well as a high-quality oil mist filter to capture oil mist coming out of the pump. The  pump design is focused on reliability, ease of maintenance and consistent performance.
