It is a medium duty manual meat slicer with a powerful 250 Watt motor and a self sharpening chromium plated carbon steel 300mm /13 inch blade from Italy. Easy to adjust thickness between 0mm and 15mm and an 280mm /11 inch by 280mm /11 inch product tray with steel nails to hold your food in place while slicing. Tray can hold food 280mm / 11 inch wide by 200mm / 8 inch high.
